A sweet and spicy chili paste commonly found in Laos. An all-purpose sauce that can served with everything.
Directions: Add a desirable amount to eat with rice, vegetables, and meats.
Ingredients: Water, ground roasted chili, sugar, seasoning sauce (soybean, corn, water, sugar, salt, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), galangal, fried onions (onions, soybean oil), fried garlic (garlic, vegetable oil), seedless tamarind (tamarind, salt), fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), dried shrimp (shrimp, salt, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Red #40, sulfur dioxide), iodized salt (salt, calcium silicate, dextrose, potassium iodide). Contains soy, fish (anchovy) and shrimp.
