This ingredient is commonly used throughout Laos and Northern Thailand. Mostly used on a variety of meat salads such as Larb or Nam Tok. Can also use in Soups (Gaeng) and Chili Dipping Sauces.
Directions: Use a desirable amount to add a pleasant smoky flavor and crunchy texture to your dishes and/or sauces.
