Shipping & Order Processing
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. We utilize PayPal for credit card processing.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process and deliver your order. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided after the package has shipped. If your order has not arrived 7 business days after purchase date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to enter the correct name and address on your orders. If you have made a mistake on your information or order, please email us immediately. Once we have shipped your order, we cannot make any corrections. All undeliverable mail and incorrect addresses entered by the customer will not be resent after it is en route. If the information is entered incorrectly by our part, we will resend another order.
Mail shown as delivered is not considered Lost Mail. Lost mail is considered mailed that is en route, but has never arrived to its destination. Please check your tracking number for the status of your package. Lost Mail must be claimed by the customer with USPS. Please go to usps.com and have your tracking number ready.
Please inform us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if an order is needed to be cancelled at email@example.com. If an order has been shipped before a cancellation notice, we will not be able to issue a full refund on the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issues.
We use USPS Priority Mail Cubic Rates for our shipping. Prices vary by weight, package size, and distance to the destination according to USPS.
